Kenmore

I was recently wondering how much energy my Kenmore refrigerator uses. I did some research and found out that it uses around 690 watts. This was a bit of a surprise to me, as I was expecting it to use more. I was relieved to find out that it doesn’t use too much electricity.

After that, I had to take out the new filter and insert it into the housing, making sure that it was properly seated. I remember the first time I had to figure out where the defrost timer was on my Kenmore refrigerator. I was so frustrated, I had no idea what I was doing. I had heard about defrost timers before, but I had never had to actually find one. After some research, I finally figured out that the defrost timer was located behind the control panel on the back of the refrigerator. It was a small, black box with two wires coming out of it. I had to unscrew the panel and carefully remove the timer. Once I had it out, I was able to replace it with a new one. Now, every few months, I check the timer to make sure it’s working properly. It’s not the most exciting task, but it’s something I’m glad I know how to do.

I started by unplugging the refrigerator and turning off the water supply. Then, I removed the back panel to access the timer. I unscrewed the timer from the wall and disconnected the wires before carefully removing it. I bought a new timer and installed it in the same way I removed the old one. I reconnected the wires and screwed the timer into the wall. Then, I put the back panel back in place and reconnected the power and water supply.
