    I started by unplugging the washer and taking off the top panel. After that, I had to remove the agitator and the cap. This was a little tricky, but I managed to do it. Once I had the old agitator dogs out, I was ready to put in the new ones. I carefully lined them up and secured them in place.

I had to locate the two release levers at the back of the washer. Once I found them, I had to press them in at the same time and then pull the top of the washer up. It was a bit of a struggle, but I was eventually able to get it open.

    Once I had the top open, I was able to get a better look at the inside of the washer. I was able to see the various components and how they were connected. I was also able to identify any potential issues that might be causing problems with the washer.
