how to reset kenmore elite dishwasher

I recently purchased a Kenmore Elite dishwasher and am having trouble resetting it. I have looked through the manual and tried the troubleshooting steps, but I’m still having difficulty. Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to reset a Kenmore Elite dishwasher? I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can offer. Thank you in advance.

  1. I recently had to figure out how to reset my Kenmore Elite dishwasher. I was dreading it because I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but I was determined to figure it out. After a bit of research, I found the instructions. First, I had to unplug the dishwasher from the wall. Then, I had to press and hold the “heated dry” and “normal” buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds. After that, I plugged the dishwasher back in and the reset was complete. It was surprisingly easy and I was relieved that I was able to do it without having to call a repairman. Now, I know how to reset my Kenmore Elite dishwasher if I ever need to do it again.
