why won’t my miele oven turn off

I’m having an issue with my Miele oven. I can’t seem to get it to turn off. I’ve tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but that doesn’t seem to work. I’ve also tried pressing the power button, but nothing happens. I’m not sure what else to do. Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to get my oven to turn off? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
