why is my kitchenaid refrigerator not cooling

I have a Kitchenaid refrigerator that’s not cooling. I’ve tried to troubleshoot the issue myself, but I’m not sure what the problem is. I’ve checked the temperature settings and they seem to be correct. I’ve also checked the coils and they seem to be clean. I’ve also checked the fan and it seems to be running. I’m not sure what else to do. Can anyone help me figure out why my refrigerator isn’t cooling?
