I have a Hotpoint fridge freezer that has recently started making a loud noise. It sounds like a loud humming or buzzing noise that lasts for a few seconds at a time. I’m not sure what the cause of the noise is or how to fix it. I’ve checked the fan and compressor to make sure they are working properly, but the noise still persists. I was in the middle of making dinner when I heard a loud noise coming from my kitchen. I immediately knew it was my Hotpoint fridge freezer.
