why is my electrolux oven telling me to remove the racks during self clean

I have an Electrolux oven and it recently started telling me to remove the racks during the self-clean cycle. I’m not sure why this is happening or what I should do about it. I’m concerned that the racks may be damaged or that the oven may not be cleaning properly if I don’t remove them. Does anyone have any experience with this issue or know what I should do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
