why is my electrolux ice maker not working

I have an Electrolux ice maker in my refrigerator, but it has stopped working. I’ve checked the power cord and it is plugged in, and I’ve checked the water line and it is connected properly. I’ve tried resetting it, but it still won’t make ice. Does anyone have any ideas of what I should do to get it working again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
