why is my brand new hotpoint washing machine so noisy

I recently purchased a brand new Hotpoint washing machine and I’m having an issue with it being very noisy. I’m not sure what could be causing it to be so loud. I’ve tried to adjust the settings and even tried to move it around but nothing has worked. I’m hoping someone can help me figure out what the problem is and how I can fix it. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I’m glad I was able to figure out why my machine was so
