why is my bosch dishwasher not drying

I have a Bosch dishwasher that I recently purchased and it is not drying my dishes. I have tried running the dishwasher on the highest heat setting and I have also tried adding a rinse aid, but neither of these solutions have worked. I have checked the filter and it is clean. I am wondering if there is anything else I can try to get my dishwasher to dry my dishes properly. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
