why does my electrolux oven say rremove racks on self clean when there are none

I’m having an issue with my Electrolux oven. It says “remove racks” on the self-clean setting, but there are no racks to remove. I’m not sure why this is happening. I’ve tried unplugging the oven and plugging it back in, but that didn’t help. I’ve also tried cleaning the oven manually, but that didn’t work either. I’m not sure what else to do and I’m hoping someone can help me figure out why my oven is displaying this message. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

First of all, it’s important to understand why your oven is displaying the message “remove racks on self clean”.
