I recently purchased a Hotpoint dishwasher and am having trouble figuring out where to put the rinse aid. I’ve read the manual and it doesn’t seem to provide a clear answer. Does anyone have experience with this type of dishwasher and can tell me where I should put the rinse aid? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I remember the day I bought my Hotpoint dishwasher. I was so excited to finally have a dishwasher that would make my life a little easier. I read the instructions carefully, but I couldn’t figure out where to put the rinse aid. I called the customer service line, and the representative was so helpful. She explained that the rinse aid goes in the small cup on the top rack of the dishwasher. She also told me to make sure the cup is securely closed so that the rinse aid doesn’t leak out. I was so relieved to finally have the answer to my question. Now I know where to put the rinse aid in my Hotpoint dishwasher and I’m so thankful for the customer service representative’s help.
