when i twirl the barrel of my amana front loader washing machine i still hear water why?

I recently noticed that when I twirl the barrel of my Amana front loader washing machine, I can still hear water. I’m not sure why this is happening, but I’m hoping someone can help me figure it out. I’ve checked the hoses and they seem to be in good condition, so I’m not sure what else could be causing the issue. Could it be a problem with the drain pump or the water level switch? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  1. The water you hear when you twirl the barrel is most likely residual water that has not been completely drained from the washing machine. This can happen if the drain hose is clogged or the drain pump is not functioning correctly. You may need to check the drain hose for any blockages or debris and make sure the drain pump is working properly.
