what setting should my bosch fridge freezer be on

I have a Bosch fridge freezer and I’m not sure what setting it should be on. I’ve looked in the user manual but it doesn’t seem to provide any information about the best setting for it. I’m wondering what temperature setting I should have it on in order to keep my food fresh and safe. I’d really appreciate any advice on this matter.
