what does loc mean on amana oven

I am trying to figure out what the “LOC” setting on my Amana oven means. I have looked through the manual and searched online for an answer but I can’t seem to find what it stands for. Does anyone know what the “LOC” setting is used for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
