what does e4 mean on a haier washing machine

I recently purchased a Haier washing machine and noticed that there is an “e4” error code displayed on the machine. I’m not sure what this code means and I’m hoping someone can help me out. Does anyone know what this error code means and what I can do to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
