what do you check when a crosley washing machine is not draining properly

I have a Crosley washing machine that is not draining properly. I have checked the drain hose and it is not clogged. I have also checked the drain filter and it is clear. I have tried running a cycle with the drain hose disconnected and the water still does not drain. I am wondering what else I should check to try to get the washing machine to drain properly. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  1. Hi there!

It sounds like you’re having some trouble with your Crosley washing machine not draining properly. I’m sorry to hear that, but don’t worry – I’m here to help.

First things first, I’d recommend checking the drain hose. Make sure it’s securely attached to the drain pipe and that it’s not clogged or blocked. If it’s clogged, you can use a pipe cleaner or a plumber’s snake to clear it out. If the hose is damaged, you’ll need to replace it.

Next, check the pump. Make sure it’s not clogged and that it’s working properly. If it’s not working, you may need to replace it. If the pump is clogged, you can try to clear it out with a pipe cleaner or a plumber’s snake.

Finally, check the drain filter. It’s located at the bottom of the washing machine and it’s responsible for catching lint
