I recently purchased an Amana gas oven and I’m having difficulty understanding how to use it. I’m hoping someone can provide me with some guidance on how to use it properly. I’m not sure if I need to use the oven’s knobs to adjust the temperature or if I need to use the digital display. I’m also not sure if I need to preheat the oven before I start cooking. Any advice or guidance on how to use the oven would be greatly appreciated.
