I recently purchased a Bosch 300 series washer and am having difficulty unlocking it. I have tried the usual methods of pressing the start/pause button for 3 seconds and turning the dial to the unlock position, but neither of these have worked. Does anyone know how to unlock this type of washer? I would greatly appreciate any advice or tips on how to do this. Thank you in advance for your help.
