I recently purchased a GE refrigerator and I’m having trouble figuring out how to turn on the door alarm. I’ve looked through the manual and I can’t seem to find any information on how to do this. I’m hoping someone can help me out and explain the steps I need to take in order to activate the door alarm. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

1. Locate the door alarm switch on the control panel of the refrigerator.
2. Slide the switch to the “On” position.
3. The door alarm will be activated and will sound when the door is left open for more than five minutes.
