how to turn off sanitize on bosch dishwasher

I’m having a problem with my Bosch dishwasher. I can’t seem to figure out how to turn off the sanitize setting. I’ve looked through the manual and online, but I’m still having trouble. Does anyone know how to turn off the sanitize setting on a Bosch dishwasher? I would really appreciate any help or advice anyone can give me. Thank you!
