how to start cycle to clean electrolux double wall oven

I recently bought an Electrolux double wall oven and I’m trying to figure out how to start a cycle to clean it. I’m not sure of the exact steps I need to take, so I’m hoping someone can help me out. I’ve read the manual, but I’m still a bit confused. I would really appreciate it if someone could explain the process to me in a way that I can understand.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
