how to set clock on frigidaire gallery microwave fgmv154clfa

I’m having trouble figuring out how to set the clock on my Frigidaire Gallery microwave, model FGMV154CLFA. I’ve looked through the manual and tried to follow the instructions, but I’m still having trouble. I’m hoping someone can help me out and explain how to set the clock on this particular model.
