I’m having trouble resetting my Hotpoint microwave. I’ve tried all the instructions in the manual, but it still won’t reset. I’ve also tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, but that didn’t work either. Does anyone know how to reset a Hotpoint microwave? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated.

I was having a hard time figuring out how to reset my Hotpoint microwave. I had tried the manual and searched online, but nothing seemed to work. I finally decided to call the customer service number and see if they could help. The representative was very helpful and walked me through the process step-by-step.
First, I was instructed to unplug the microwave from the wall outlet and wait for at least five minutes. Then I plugged it back in and held down the start button for five seconds. After that, I had to press the reset button and wait for the microwave to finish its reset process.
Finally, the microwave was back to its original settings. I was so relieved that I was able to reset my microwave without having to take it to a repair shop. I was thankful for the customer service representative’s help and for the knowledge I gained about resetting my Hotpoint microwave.
