how to reset haier automatic washing machine

I have a Haier automatic washing machine and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve tried the manual and looked online but I’m still having trouble. Can anyone help me out and explain how to reset it? I would really appreciate it if someone could take the time to explain it to me in simple terms. Thank you.
