how to reset ge ice maker

I’m having an issue with my GE ice maker and I’m not sure how to reset it. I’ve tried unplugging it, but that didn’t seem to do the trick. I’ve looked online for instructions, but haven’t been able to find anything that’s been helpful. Does anyone have any advice on how I can reset my ice maker? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  1. To reset your GE ice maker, unplug the unit from the power source, wait 10 minutes, and plug it back in. This will reset the ice maker and allow it to start a new cycle.
