how to reset bosch refrigerator water filter

I recently purchased a Bosch refrigerator and I’m having trouble resetting the water filter. I’ve followed the instructions in the manual, but I’m still having trouble. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset the water filter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
