how to reset bosch dishwasher after e24 code

I have a Bosch dishwasher and recently I have been getting an E24 code. I have tried to reset it according to the instructions in the user manual, but it has not worked. I am wondering if anyone can help me with how to reset the dishwasher after getting the E24 code. Is there any other way to reset it besides what is in the user manual? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
