how to reset a crosley sensor washing machine no agitator

I recently purchased a Crosley Sensor washing machine with no agitator and I’m having trouble resetting it. I’ve tried unplugging it for a few minutes, but that didn’t seem to help. I’ve also tried pressing the reset button, but that didn’t work either. Does anyone have any advice on how to reset this machine? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
