how to replace wire electrolux wall oven f14

I’m having trouble replacing the wire on my Electrolux wall oven F14. I’m not sure what type of wire I need to buy or how to go about replacing it. I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find any information on how to do this. Does anyone have any experience with this type of oven and can offer some advice on how to go about replacing the wire? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
