I’m having trouble replacing the belt on my Amana washing machine. I’ve looked at the manual, but it doesn’t seem to be helping me. I’m not sure how to properly remove the old belt and install the new one. Does anyone have any advice on how to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember the first time I had to replace the belt on my Amana washing machine. I was scared and intimidated by the thought of taking apart a large machine and putting it back together. But I was determined to do it myself and save the money of hiring a professional.
The first step was to unplug the machine and remove the front panel. I unscrewed the screws and carefully lifted the panel off. I then had to locate the belt and remove it. After removing the belt, I had to clean the area around the pulley and make sure it was free of debris.
Next, I had to fit the new belt around the pulley and secure it. I had to make sure the belt was tight and the pulley was aligned correctly. Then I had to reattach the front panel and secure the screws.
