how to replace kitchenaid washing machine drive coupler

I recently purchased a KitchenAid washing machine and I’m having difficulty replacing the drive coupler. I’m not sure how to go about it and I’m looking for advice from anyone who may have done this before. I’m hoping someone can provide me with step-by-step instructions on how to replace the drive coupler. I’m not very experienced with this kind of repair, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
