I recently noticed that the seal on my refrigerator door is starting to wear out and I’m wondering how to go about replacing it. I’m not sure what type of seal I need to buy or how to go about installing it. I’m hoping someone can provide me with some advice on how to replace the seal and what type of seal I should buy that would be compatible with my refrigerator. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
1. Unplug the refrigerator.
2. Remove the screws that hold the door seal in place.
3. Measure the old seal and purchase a new one of the same size.
4. Remove the old seal and discard.
5. Clean the area where the seal will be placed.
6. Place the new seal in the same position as the old one.
7. Secure the seal with the screws that were removed.
8. Plug the refrigerator back in and test the seal.
