how to replace a electronic contro; on aa amana washing machine

I recently purchased an Amana washing machine and I am having trouble replacing the electronic control. I have looked online for instructions, but I am still having trouble. Does anyone have experience with this process? I would really appreciate any advice or tips that could help me with this issue.

  1. 1. Unplug the washing machine from the power outlet.
    2. Remove the back panel of the washer.
    3. Locate the electronic control board and disconnect the wires from it.
    4. Remove the mounting screws that hold the control board in place.
    5. Install the new control board and secure it with the mounting screws.
    6. Reconnect the wires to the new control board.
    7. Replace the back panel of the washer and plug the machine back into the power outlet.
