how to repair haier washing machine

I’m having a problem with my Haier washing machine and I’m not sure how to fix it. It’s been making a loud noise when it’s running, and it’s been taking a lot longer than usual to finish a cycle. I’ve checked the filter and it’s clean, so I’m not sure what else to do. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? I’d really appreciate any advice you can give me.
