how to remove ice maker from ge profile refrigerator

I’m having trouble removing the ice maker from my GE Profile Refrigerator. I’ve looked up instructions online, but I’m still having difficulty. I’ve tried to turn the screw counterclockwise, but it won’t budge. I’ve also tried to pull it out, but it won’t move. Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the ice maker from my GE Profile Refrigerator? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
