I recently purchased an Amana Side-by-Side refrigerator and I’m having trouble removing the ice maker. I’ve looked online and in the manual, but I’m still having trouble. I’ve tried to unscrew the screws that hold the ice maker in place, but it seems like it’s stuck. Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the ice maker from my Amana refrigerator? To remove the ice maker from an Amana side-by-side refrigerator, first unplug the refrigerator from the wall outlet. Then, remove the ice bin from the ice maker. Next, remove the screws from the ice maker. Finally, pull the ice maker away from the refrigerator and disconnect the water line from the back of the ice maker.
