I recently noticed that one of the glass shelves in my GE refrigerator has cracked and I’m not sure how to go about removing it. I’m concerned about the safety of the glass and don’t want to cause any further damage to the refrigerator. Does anyone have any experience with this issue and can provide me with advice on how to remove the glass safely? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
To remove the glass shelf from a GE refrigerator, first unplug the refrigerator from the power source. Then, use a flathead screwdriver to gently pry the shelf up from the clips that hold it in place. Lift the shelf up and out of the refrigerator. Be careful not to break the glass shelf while removing it.
