I recently purchased a GE refrigerator and I’m having trouble removing the kick plate. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong and I’m hoping someone can help me. I’ve tried to pull it off, but it won’t budge. I’ve also tried using a flathead screwdriver to pry it off, but that hasn’t worked either. Is there a special way to remove the kick plate or is there something else I’m missing? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
To remove the kick plate from a GE refrigerator, first locate the two screws on the bottom of the plate. Unscrew the screws and pull the plate away from the refrigerator. If the plate is stuck, gently pry it away with a flat-head screwdriver. Once the plate is removed, you can access the condenser fan, evaporator fan, and other components.
