I’m having trouble removing the cover on my KitchenAid washing machine. I’ve tried to pry it off, but it’s not budging. I’m not sure what to do next. Does anyone have any advice on how to remove the cover? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can remember the day I bought my kitchenaid washing machine like it was yesterday. I was so excited to have a machine that would make my laundry chores easier. I was less excited when I realized I had no idea how to remove the cover. After a few minutes of research, I figured out that I had to remove the screws on the back of the machine. I used a screwdriver to loosen the screws and then carefully pulled the cover off. It was a relief to finally have the cover off and I was able to access the inside of the machine. I was able to clean the lint filter and make sure everything was in working order. I was so proud of myself for figuring out how to remove the cover and I felt much more confident in my ability to tackle any future washing machine issues.
