how to remove agitator of frigidaire washing machine fftw4120sw1

I am having trouble removing the agitator from my Frigidaire FFTW4120SW1 washing machine. I’ve looked up instructions online, but I’m still having difficulty. Does anyone have any advice or experience on how to remove the agitator? I would really appreciate any help that I can get. Thanks!
