how to load silverware in a bosch dishwasher

I’m having trouble understanding how to load my Bosch dishwasher with silverware. I’m not sure which way the silverware should go in the racks, and I’m worried that I’m not doing it correctly. I’ve looked at the manual, but it’s still not clear to me. Is there anyone out there who can help me understand how to properly load my silverware in my Bosch dishwasher? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
