I have a Amana top load washing machine that I am having trouble with. I’m not sure what is wrong with it, but it is not working correctly. I have tried some basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to be working. I’m wondering if there is a way to get the machine to go into diagnostic mode so that I can find out what is wrong with it. Does anyone know how to do this or have any advice on what I can do to get the machine to go into diagnostic mode? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To get a Amana top load washing machine into diagnostic mode, press and hold the start/pause and the cancel/drain buttons for 3 seconds. The control panel will then display the diagnostic mode.
