how to fix amana washing machine agitator

I’m having a problem with my Amana washing machine agitator. It seems to be stuck and won’t move. I’ve tried to move it manually, but it won’t budge. I’ve also checked to make sure that the belt is properly connected and that the motor is running, but nothing seems to be working. I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to fix this issue. Is there a specific part that needs to be replaced? Are there any other steps I should take to get the agitator moving again? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
