I have a Frigidaire washing machine and I’m having trouble disabling the lid lock. I’ve read the manual and it says to press the ‘start/pause’ button twice, but that doesn’t seem to work. I’ve tried unplugging the machine and plugging it back in, but that hasn’t helped either. Is there any other way to disable the lid lock? I’m worried that if I can’t disable it, then I won’t be able to open the lid and get my clothes out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
