I have an Amana washing machine and I’m having trouble cleaning the inlet screen. I’ve tried to do it myself, but I’m not sure if I’m doing it correctly. Does anyone have any tips or advice on how to clean the inlet screen on an Amana washing machine? I would really appreciate any help or advice that anyone can provide. Thank you!
I remember the first time I had to clean the inlet screen on my Amana washing machine. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was determined to figure it out. I started by unplugging the machine and unscrewing the two screws that held the inlet screen in place. After that, I carefully pulled the screen out and inspected it for any blockages or build-up. Once I had identified any blockages, I used a soft brush to gently scrub away any residue. I then rinsed the screen with warm water and re-installed it. After that, I plugged the machine back in and ran a cycle to make sure everything was working properly. I was relieved to find that the machine was running smoothly and that I had successfully cleaned the inlet screen. Cleaning the inlet screen on my Amana washing machine was a surprisingly easy process. I’m glad I took the time to figure it out.
