I’m having trouble cleaning my Hotpoint top loader washing machine. I’ve been using it for a few months now, and it’s starting to get a bit smelly. I’ve tried using some of the store-bought cleaning products, but it doesn’t seem to be doing the job. I’m wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks for cleaning a Hotpoint top loader washing machine? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I remember the first time I had to clean my Hotpoint washing machine top loader. I was a little apprehensive, but I was determined to do it right. First, I unplugged the machine and removed the detergent drawer. I then wiped down the outside of the machine with a damp cloth and some mild detergent. Next, I filled the drum with hot water and added a cup of white vinegar. I let the machine run for a few minutes, then drained the water. I then filled the drum with hot water and a cup of baking soda and let the machine run for a few more minutes. Finally, I drained the water and wiped down the inside of the drum with a damp cloth. After that, I was done! I felt so accomplished and proud of myself for taking the time to clean my washing machine. Now, I make sure to clean it regularly to keep it running smoothly.
