I have an Amana top loader washing machine and I’m having trouble cleaning the filter. I’ve been trying to do it myself but I’m not sure how to do it properly. Does anyone have any advice on how to clean the filter? I would really appreciate any tips or advice on how to do it correctly. Thanks in advance for any help.

To clean the filter on an Amana top loader washing machine, start by unplugging the machine from the power source. Then, locate the filter, which is usually located on the bottom, front, or side of the machine. Remove the filter, and rinse it with warm water and a mild detergent. Then, use a soft brush to remove any lint or debris. Finally, replace the filter and plug the machine back in.
