I’m having a problem with my hotpoint washing machine and I’m not sure how to change the hose filter. I’ve read the manual but I’m still confused. Does anyone have any experience with this and can explain how to do it? I’d really appreciate any help or advice anyone can give me. Thanks in advance.

I recently had to change the hose filter on my Hotpoint washing machine. It was a daunting task at first, but I was determined to get it done. I followed the instructions in the manual and started by unplugging the machine from the wall. I then unscrewed the back panel of the machine to access the filter. I carefully removed the filter and inspected it for any blockages. Once I was satisfied that the filter was clean, I replaced it with a new one. I then reattached the back panel and plugged the machine back into the wall.
I was relieved to have the filter changed and the machine working again. It was a great feeling to have completed the task without having to call a repairman. I was proud of myself for tackling the job and saving money in the process. I am now confident that my Hotpoint washing machine will be running smoothly for many years to come.
