how to change an idler arm assembly on a frigidaire washing machine

I’m trying to figure out how to change an idler arm assembly on a Frigidaire washing machine. I’ve looked online and watched some videos, but I’m still having trouble understanding the process. Is there anyone who has experience with this type of repair who can provide me with some step-by-step instructions? I’m not sure what tools I need or how to properly remove the old part and install the new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
